How is each outfit mazbūt made?

Each outfit is made to order, from scratch, one per day, five days a week. There is no inventory. Your piece enters our tailoring schedule shaped by demand, then cut, sewn, and finished by hand in Cairo.

When will my order be made?

Once your order is placed, you’ll receive a confirmation email. A second email will follow (not immediately) informing you of the exact date your outfit is scheduled to be made. An estimate of the current waiting time is always available on the product page and updated weekly.

When will my order ship?

Orders are shipped in weekly batches every Sunday. This schedule allows the founder to personally inspect each piece before dispatch. You will receive tracking details once your order is on its way, which will be the first following Sunday after it has been completed.

How much does shipping cost?

There are no additional shipping costs. Each order is sent complete - shipping, duties, and taxes are already included in the price you see.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes. We ship worldwide on a Delivery Duty Paid basis, which means your order arrives without extra charges upon delivery. All extra charges are already taken care of.

Is the price the same for local customers in Egypt?

No. The listed international price applies worldwide, but within Egypt a local rate is offered through a “discount code.” Customers in Egypt may contact us at info@talatamazbut.com or through Instagram to receive the local rate and, if preferred, arrange a payment directly in Egyptian Pounds.

Can I return my order?

Yes. Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery. Returned items must be unworn, unused, and in their original packaging. Customers are responsible for return shipping. For full return terms, visit our Return & Exchange Policy page

Can I exchange my order?

We do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different size or colour, please initiate a return and place a new order.

Can I change or cancel my order?

Changes to colour or size, or full cancellations, can only be made within 3 days of placing the order. After that, your piece will be assigned a production date and moved into our tailoring schedule.

Where are the outfits made?

Each outfit is handmade in Cairo, at our studio, by Abu Alaa, the first and currently the only tailor dedicated solely to outfit mazbūt. His understanding established the standard we now follow.
