Made to Order, Made Without Waste

talata mazbūt operates on a made-to-order basis. Each outfit mazbūt is crafted from scratch, one per day, five days a week. This model allows us to avoid overproduction and material waste. There is no inventory. Only a tailoring schedule shaped by demand, with every order assigned its day in the schedule.

Order Flow & Notifications

Once your order is placed, you’ll receive an email confirming it has been added to our tailoring schedule. A second email will follow in due time (not immediately), informing you of the exact day your piece will be made. When your order is completed and ready to ship, you’ll receive a final dispatch notification along with tracking details.

Estimated Making Time

Your estimated production date will depend on your position in the tailoring queue. This estimate is reviewed and updated weekly on the product page. We encourage checking back to see the current lead time before placing your order.

Shipping Schedule

Shipments are prepared and dispatched in weekly batches every Sunday. Each suit is personally inspected by the founder before it is sent. With a small team, this rhythm was designed to protect the integrity of the work. By separating production from daily fulfilment, talata mazbūt preserves the calm required to keep the work thoughtful, not reactive. Maintaining a quiet standard of quality without sacrificing the integrity of the creative tempo behind the project.

Shipping Costs & Customs

We offer free worldwide shipping. For international orders, the listed prices are inclusive of shipping, customs duties, and import taxes. Orders are shipped on a Delivery Duty Paid (DDP) basis, which means your garment will arrive without any additional charges upon delivery.

For orders within Egypt, a local rate applies. Customers based in Egypt may contact us at info@talatamazbut.com or via Instagram to receive the “discount code” for the local rate and, if preferred, to arrange payment directly in Egyptian Pounds.

If a shipment is refused for reasons unrelated to duties or taxes (for example, incorrect address or failure to accept delivery) and returned to us, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from any eligible refund. If the parcel is abandoned or destroyed, the order will not be refundable.
