Terms & Conditions

By accessing this website or placing an order through talata mazbūt, you agree to the practices described in these Terms & Conditions. These may be updated occasionally, and continued use of the site constitutes acceptance of any modifications. If you do not agree, please discontinue use.

Please review these terms carefully, alongside our Shipping Policy, Returns Policy, and Privacy Policy.

1. About the Site

This website is owned and operated by talata mazbūt, a slow fashion project based in Cairo, Egypt. All garments are made to order in our studio and are subject to the processes and timelines clearly described on our site.

This website is available to users who are at least 18 years old. If you are under 18, you must involve a parent or guardian.

2. Ordering & Availability

Each order placed through talata mazbūt is custom-made. We accept orders continuously, and each is assigned a specific day in our tailoring schedule.

Orders may not be canceled or modified (e.g. colour or size) more than three days after confirmation.

Items in your cart are not reserved until the order is placed. In rare cases, we reserve the right to refuse orders due to production limitations, inaccuracies, or suspected fraudulent activity.

3. Pricing & Payment

All international prices are listed in Great British Pounds and are inclusive of shipping, customs duties, and import taxes. The amount displayed at checkout is the final amount payable — no additional charges will be requested upon delivery.

For orders within Egypt, a local rate applies. Customers in Egypt may contact us at info@talatamazbut.com or via Instagram to receive the “discount code” for the local rate and, if preferred, to arrange payment directly in Egyptian Pounds.

4. Production & Fulfilment

Your order enters a tailoring queue upon confirmation. Production occurs five days per week, one piece per day. A notification of your exact production date will be sent once it is scheduled.

Orders are shipped weekly, every Sunday. Each piece is personally inspected by the founder before dispatch to ensure quality and consistency.

Please refer to the Shipping Policy for more information on timeframes and costs.

5. Shipping & Duties

International shipping is included in the listed price. All orders are shipped on a Delivery Duty Paid (DDP) basis, meaning customs duties and import taxes are already covered by us.

If a shipment is refused for reasons unrelated to duties or taxes (for example, incorrect address or failure to accept delivery) and returned, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from any eligible refund. If the shipment is abandoned, no refund will be issued.

6. Returns & Refunds

We accept returns within 7 days of receipt. Garments must be unworn, unwashed, and returned in original packaging. Customers are responsible for return shipping and must retain proof of postage with tracking.

Returns are to be shipped to our Cairo studio. Refunds are issued upon inspection and approval of the returned item. We do not offer exchanges at this time.

Please read the Returns Policy for full details.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on this website—text, imagery, design, and branding—is the property of talata mazbūt and may not be copied, distributed, or used without express written permission.

8. Limitation of Liability

While we take great care in our process, talata mazbūt is not liable for indirect or incidental damages resulting from the use of our products or website. We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs authorities, or other external factors.

9. Security & Data

We use secure encryption (SSL) to protect your personal and payment data. For details on how we handle your information, please refer to our Privacy Policy.

10. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the Arab Republic of Egypt, without regard to conflict of law principles.
