Return & Exchange Policy

We want each outfit mazbūt to be worn with confidence and purpose. However, if your order does not meet your expectations, you may request a return under the conditions outlined below.

Return Window & Eligibility

Returns must be requested within 7 days of delivery. After this window, we are unable to accept returns.

All items must be returned new, unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition and packaging. Returns received in compromised condition will either be refused or subject to a handling fee.

How to Initiate a Return

To request a return, please email us at orders@talatamazbut.com within 7 days of receiving your order. Including your order number and full name.

Upon approval, we will provide you with the return instructions and the address to our Cairo studio.

Return Shipping

The customer is fully responsible for return shipping costs and logistics. We strongly recommend using a tracked postal service and keeping proof of postage. We are not liable for returns lost or damaged in transit.

If your parcel is returned unpackaged or carelessly handled, a £15 handling fee may be deducted from the refund.

Inspection & Refunds

Once your return has arrived and been inspected, we will notify you by email. If the condition is approved, we will issue your refund via the original payment method within 15 days of receiving the item.

Shipping fees are non-refundable. If applicable, customs duties and return charges will also be deducted.

We reserve the right to reject any item that is returned used or damaged. If a return is refused, the item will be shipped back to you at our expense, without further claims for refund or compensation. 

Exchanges

We do not offer exchanges. To order a different size or colour, please initiate a return and place a new order.
