Made to Order
Each piece is cut and sewn in our Cairo studio once it's ordered.
This avoids overproduction and material waste.

Made to Order, Without Waste
There is no stock. Each garment is made for its order and leaves the studio within five to seven working days.
Order Flow & Notifications
After you order, we email you to confirm it. When your piece is ready, you'll receive a dispatch email with tracking.

Every piece is inspected by the founder before it is sent.
Orders from Egypt
A local rate applies. Email studio@talatamazbut.com or message us on Instagram for your local code before ordering. Payment in Egyptian pounds can also be arranged.

Shipping Rates
We offer free shipping worldwide.
Taxes and Duties
For international orders, the listed price is inclusive of shipping, customs duties, and import taxes. We ship on a Delivery Duty Paid (DDP) basis, which means your garment will arrive without any additional payments requested on delivery.
If a shipment is refused for reasons unrelated to duties or taxes (for example, incorrect address or failure to accept delivery) and returned to us, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from any eligible refund. If the parcel is abandoned or destroyed, the order will not be refundable.

We want each outfit mazbūt to be worn with confidence and purpose. However, if your order does not meet your expectations, you may request a return under the conditions outlined below.
Return Window & Eligibility
Returns must be requested within 7 days of delivery. After this window, we are unable to accept returns.
All items must be returned new, unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition and packaging. Returns received in compromised condition will either be refused or subject to a handling fee.
How to Initiate a Return
To request a return, please email us at orders@talatamazbut.com within 7 days of receiving your order. Including your order number and full name.
Upon approval, we will provide you with the return instructions and the address to our Cairo studio.
Return Shipping
The customer is fully responsible for return shipping costs and logistics. We strongly recommend using a tracked postal service and keeping proof of postage. We are not liable for returns lost or damaged in transit.
If your parcel is returned unpackaged or carelessly handled, a £15 handling fee may be deducted from the refund.
Inspection & Refunds
Once your return has arrived and been inspected, we will notify you by email. If the condition is approved, we will issue your refund via the original payment method within 15 days of receiving the item.
Shipping fees are non-refundable. If applicable, customs duties and return charges will also be deducted.
We reserve the right to reject any item that is returned used or damaged. If a return is refused, the item will be shipped back to you at our expense, without further claims for refund or compensation.
Exchanges
We do not offer exchanges. To order a different size or colour, please initiate a return and place a new order.
